Meet  The Eclectic

The Eclectic was developed with the intent to help individuals grow in both professional and personal capacities. We believe that professional development begins when leaders lean into successful individuals and study their work. Far too often, professionals become siloed in a specific industry or circle of experts.  By only looking to experts in our own fields, we miss out on valuable insights and learning.

By exploring a sample of everything, we analyze leaders and strategies from a wide array of fields. At The Eclectic, we want to explore pioneers and innovators from all specialties. Making connections from their work and how they can apply to every setting. The Eclectic is not a leadership coaching platform, but rather a space to collect ideas and find inspiration. The goal is not always innovation but instead analyzing and discussing content that has already been created and possibly underutilized.

The author of The Eclectic is a female executive of a small organization.  She focuses on being candid about herself, her team, and all the barriers to becoming a successful professional. Her articles will work to connect leadership content to real life situations and current challenges. Topics may range from intricate concepts to simple life lessons.
